摘要
基于交易成本的概念,分析了水权市场交易成本的构成及其影响因素,在此基础上深入分析了交易成本对水权市场的影响,并得出交易成本的存在实际上提高了水权交易价格,减少了交易双方的净福利,从而影响到水权市场活跃程度的结论。
This article analyses the constitution and influence factors of transaction cost of water rights market based on the concept of transaction cost. Then the article analyses the influence of transaction cost on water rights market. The conclusions are that transaction cost actually raises up the price of water rights, reduces net welfare of both sides and the amount of water rights trade.
