坏死性筋膜炎诊治体会

目的:通过对两例临床患者病例分析探讨坏死性筋膜炎(NF)的诊断及治疗。方法:两例患者采用扩创引流,全身应用抗生素,对症支持治疗,中医辨证治疗。结果:两例患者一次性治愈,随访一年无复发。结论:早期诊断坏死性筋膜炎(NF)早期治疗预后好。

Objective： To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of necrotizing fasciitis through analyzing 2 cases in clinic work . Methods： Two cases of necrotizing fasciitis were admitted for debriding, anti-infection, supportive treatment and dialectical therapy of Chinese medical science. Results： Two patients were cured and did not recur in the one year follow-up visit. Conclusion： Earlier diagnosis and treatment of necrotizing fasciitis is good to prognosis.
