摘要 目的研究UPⅢ蛋白表达与膀胱输尿管反流(VUR)之间的关系,探讨VUR的发生机制。方法2000—2006年上海市复旦大学附属儿科医院收治原发性VUR并行外科输尿管移植术的患儿25例(病例组),取材为术中切下的异常输尿管;对照组为16例诊断为肾母细胞瘤行肾切除术的患儿,取材为术中切下的正常输尿管。结果对照组的输尿管上皮UPⅢ蛋白阳性表达连续,病例组UPⅢ蛋白阳性表达不连续,在上皮细胞完整处亦有表达阴性;图像经处理统计分析后发现病例组与对照组在阳性面积百分比上差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论UPⅢ蛋白在VUR患儿中的表达可能较正常人有所降低,对于尿路上皮蛋白与VUR相关性的研究仍须进一步深入。 Objective To investigate the expression of UPⅢ protein in primary vesicoureteric reflux ( VUR ) through immunohistochemistry method, hoping to have new acknowledgement of its pathogenesis. Methods Paraffin sections of 25 abnormal ureters(VUR) and 16 normal ureters were done with immunohistochemistry method in Children's Hospital of Fudan University from 2000 to 2006 to identify the expression of UPⅢ. Images were analyzed with microscope Leica and Qwin software. Results Normal ureters showed a continuous luminal membrane staining of the umbrella cells, while abnormal ureters showed discontinuous one. There was significant difference in the rate of positive area between normal and abnormal ureters( P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion The relationship between UPs and VUR need further investigation and research. The expression of UPⅢ in children with VUR may be lower than healthy people.
