摘要
采用电涡流传感,步进式TIG焊方法,对低碳钢平板堆焊进行了焊缝熔透控制的研究,利用建立的暂态控制方法,实现了各焊点热输入量的实时控制。
An investigation is carried out for penetration control during stepped waving TIG surfacing process of mild steel plate so- that the heat input at each point is controlled in real time with the instantaneously controlling method developed.
