爆破工作危险性大，要提高露天深孔爆破的安全意识。对人员、设备、高压管线等主要危险源点要重视预防。对露采炮孔的布孔、孔网设计．装药、充填、连线和起爆及爆后检查都应认真注意并实施安全操作。建议爆破人员要加强学习《爆破安全规程》，提高技术水平，并尽量减少雨雾天的爆破。
Explosion is a dangerous operation, it is therefore neccssary to heighten the safety conscioussness of persons engaged in deep-hole explosion in opencasting, and to take precautions against the dangers which will do harm to the personnel, equipments, highpresssure pipe lines and high-voltage lines etc. in the mining area. All operations associated with the explosion. including laving out the blast holes, designing the hole networks. loading the explosives, filling back the blast holes, wiring and igniting the denotating fuses,and checking the exploded field, must be carefully organized and savely conducted. It is therefore strongly suggested tint the personnel working with explosion study the 'Safety Regulations for Explosion' carefully in order to enhance their professonal qualifications, and that explosion in rainy and foggy days days be avoided as far as posssible.
