连南铁矿尾矿污水的处理研究和应用

摘要 用絮凝剂A和PAM处理铁矿尾矿污水,能起沉降和脱色作用.使处理后的污水达到排放标准。本文论述了絮凝剂的作用机理,对药剂进行了筛选。对影响絮凝效果的絮凝剂用量、分子量等因素进行了讨论。确定了处理污水的最佳条件。该处理方法具有成本低、工艺流程简单等优点,已用于工业生产。 It was found that the tailings cffluent from Liannan iron mine could be effectively sedimented and decolorized by flocculating agents A and PAM, thus the treated effluent can well meet the emission specifications. The flocculating mechanism of the agents was elucidated, the chemicals suited for making up the agents were selected, and the factors affecting the flocculation. such as the dosage and molecular weight of the agents, determined. As a result, an optimal procedure for tailings effluent treatment was formulated. Being low in cost and simple in operation, the treatment process using the agents has been widely used in production.
