摘要
采用曹科岩、龙君伟等人编制的《教师组织公民行为问卷》对296名中小学教师进行调查。结果表明:(1)专科学历教师在组织公民行为上的得分高于本科学历教师。(2)高级教师在组织公民行为上得分最高,一级教师次之,二级教师最低。(3)30~39岁和10~19年教龄的教师表现出最多的组织公民行为。
With the study named "Teachers' Organizational Citizen Behavior (TOCB) Questionnaire" which was constructed by Cao Ke-yan and Long Jun-wei and concerning 296 elementary and middle schools teachers, it shows that:(1)The teachers with associate degree got higher score than those with bachelor degree in Organizational Citizen Behavior; (2) Sernior teachers got the highest score in the TOCB, next was the first-class teachers and the second-class teachers were the worst; (3) teachers with 30 - 39 or 10-19 years teaching experience did more in organizational citizen Behavior than the others.
