摘要
以开发创业高管个人社会关系为特征的网络化战略,被认为是衍生创业企业在成长过程中普遍选择的一种战略模式;而以利用内部资源为主要内容的市场化战略也被认为是新创企业获取竞争优势的重要基础.对衍生创业企业的不同战略选择(网络化战略与市场化战略)与绩效的关系进行了研究,对两类战略互动的绩效效应进行了分析.借助对119家衍生创业企业的问卷调查发现,网络化战略与市场化战略都有助于提升衍生创业企业的市场绩效,但两者之互动却对绩效无显著影响.
It focused on the influence of managerial ties and firm resources, which are treated as outcomes and proxies of different strategic choices ( network-centered strategy and market-centered strategy), on entrepreneurial spin-out performance. It also examined performance effects of the interaction between those two types of strategies. The database of 119 entrepreneurial spin-outs in China, supports the hypothesis that both types of network and market-based strategies are critical determinants of spin-out performance. However, the interaction of those two types of strategies has no statistically significant effects on spin-out performance.
