摘要
在回顾以往组织学习理论的基础上,建构了一个分析组织间学习效果影响因素的研究框架,并提出相关研究假设.以我国汽车产业作为案例,通过问卷调查和问卷分析,对研究假设进行检验,结果表明:学习型组织特征、组织学习系统、组织间关系以及组织学习能力等因素,不同程度上与组织间学习效果呈正相关关系.在此基础上,提出改善组织间学习效果的若干对策.
Based on literature review, it constructs a conceptual model to analyze the impacting factors of the interorganizational learning and proposes hypotheses, then, takes Chinese automobile industry as an example to test hypotheses based on the questionnaire data. The results of the resarch indicate : The inter-organizational learning effects are positively related to the characteristics of a learning organization, learning system, the relationship between organizations and the organizational learning capacity at different levels. Based on these findings, it proposes some countermeasures to improve inter-organizational learning effects.
