摘要
将企业资源论运用在制造领域之中,认为在制造领域企业的竞争优势来源于企业构建的制造能力.而企业在制造过程中开展的以信息交流为核心的内部学习,以及与供应商、客户之间的外部沟通,是影响企业构建其特有的制造能力的影响因素,据此给出基于企业资源论的组织学习和制造能力假设模型.利用IMSS数据库,运用统计软件Amos对模型进行拟合,揭示了内、外部学习因素与制造能力对企业制造绩效的提高方式和路径.
The resource-based theory of the firm indicates the competitive advantage comes from the manufacturing capability of an enterprise. Furthermore, this capability is driven by internal learning and external learning. Internal learning concerns about the communication among muhifunctional employees and external learning emphasizes cooperation among customers and suppliers. It puts forward a model which shows the relationships among organizational learning, manufacturing capability, and manufacturing performance. On the databases of IMSS and the adoption of Amos, it empirically demonstrates that manufacturing performance is improved by manufacturing capability, which is driven by internal learning and external learning.
