摘要 针对现有的高校重点学科评估体系不具有战略控制和战略诊断功能,构建了基于平衡计分卡(BSC)的高校重点学科评估模型,提出采用层次分析法(AHP)对模型权重进行确定,并依据该模型开发的相应软件计算出评估结果。软件运行结果证明了该评估模型的科学性和合理性。 Having noticed that the assessing system on the key disciplines of universities and colleges has not the function of strategic control and strategic diagnosis,the authors set up the evaluating model on the key disciplines of universities and colleges which is based on BSC,and apply AHP to probe the index weight of this model.The result of evaluation is calculated by the software which is developed according to the model.The software proves that the model is scientific and rational.
