日本对外投资的成功首先取决于寻求海外资源,解决国内资源危机:日本海外投资积极应用了比较优势原理:日本对外投资规避了不断升级的贸易摩擦:在日元升值条件下,大量投资于海外不动产,银行采用了低利率的策略,对外投资的全球化和多样化,有力地规避了投资风险。但日本的对外投资也存在着失误,主要是:大量的资金流入美国,增加了投资风险:大量资本流向海外,导致了日本产业空洞化的产生。对于当前中国的"走出去"战略而言,海外投资要注重品牌和技术;鼓励企业走向海外,转移贸易冲突;资源开发产业应该是中国对外投资的重点;中国跨国公司在发展对外投资、跨国经营上要充分尊重当地文化,融合当地社会环境以及积极参与东道国的公益事业。

Japan foreign investment depended on the success of seeking overseas resources and resolving the crisis of domestic resources; Japanese overseas investment positively used the principle of comparative advantage and avoided the escalating trade friction; when facing appreciation of the Japanese yen, some measures such as the massive investment in overseas real estate, a low interest rate policy and the diversification and globalization of investment effectively avoided the investment risk. But there were some mistakes in Japan＇s foreign investment, the main ones being： a large amount of money flows into the United States that increased the investment risk; large capital flows abroad that led to the formation of the hollowing out of Japanese industry. For China＇s current ＂going out＂ strategy, not only should we pay more attention to brand and technology but also encourage overseas companies to shift trade conflicts; resources development should be the focus of Chinese foreign investment. In the development of foreign investment and cross-border operation, China multinational corporations should fully respect the local culture, adapt themselves to the local environment and participate actively in the host country＇s public welfare undertakings.
