过程能力指数在焦炉温度管理中的应用研究

Application Study of Process Capability Index in Coke Oven Temperature Management

介绍了统计过程控制基本概念和过程能力指数应用原理,分析了过程能力指数在焦炉温度管理中应用的可行性,提出采用炉温指数取代炉温系数对焦炉温度进行评价和控制的新方法,研究表明炉温指数更能真实地反映焦炉温度控制的实际状况和水平。

This paper describes the control basic concept in statistic process and application principle of process capability indexes, analyzes the application feasibility of process capability indexes in coke oven temperature management, puts forward a new method of evaluation and control of coke oven temperature by means of oven temperature index instead of oven temperature factor, the study shows that oven temperature index more really reflects actual condition and level of coke oven temperature control.
