基于微扰的微波陶瓷介质损耗测试研究

Research of Measuring the Dielectric Loss for the Microwave Dielectric Ceramics Based on the Perturbation Method

摘要 基于经典微扰理论,以平行板开路型介质谐振器为研究对象,阐述介质谐振器与材料介电参数的内在联系,利用计算机控制网络分析仪进行自动测试.结果表明:融入微扰法的思想,测试得到的介质损耗角正切值比用近似方法所得值更加准确.对于低介质损耗材料的测试,不能忽略系统传导损耗的影响,进一步说明理论分析与实验的一致性,为研究使用微波介质陶瓷提供参考. Based on classical perturbation theory method,the dielectric resonator was taken as research object,the essential relation between the resonator and dielectric properties of the materials was elaborated,the Vector Network Analyzer was controlled by personal computer to realize automatic measurement.It is shown that the more precise tan δ will be obtained if the perturbation method was considered rather than the approximately method.In the mean while,conductor loss wasn’t ignored to the materials with low tan δ.Further,it explains that the theoretical analysis and experimental result were consistent,then it provides the reference for studying and using the Microwave Dielectric Ceramics(MWDC).
