福州市少儿乒乓球训练的现状分析与对策研究

福州市少儿乒乓球训练工作存在训练点减少,领导对少儿乒乓球训练工作重视不够,教练员缺乏培训,体校生源少缺,生源水平低,招生困难,文化学习与训练矛盾突出等问题.造成现状的原因既与社会大环境变化有关,也有体校自身存在问题.建议应加强领导,加强体校自身建设,提高体校办学层次,做好体教结合,研讨训练新办法,以克服读训矛盾.

The research on children table tennis in Fuzhou City expresses as a result： Trains work existence training to order decrease,the leadership to children table tennis training work not enough value,the coaches lacks of training,students source shortage and the level low in Sports School,enrollment difficulties,theory knowledge study and training contradictory prominent and so forth problem.Result in the reason of present condition since have something to do with social great environment variety,there is also the oneself existent problem of Sports School.Therefore,suggesting should strengthen the leadership the value,strengthening oneself construction in the Sports School,enhancing the school level,working well the path of sport and education to combine,studying and discussing a new method on training to overcome the study and training contradictions.
