我国高等教育事业经历了几次大的调整和改革,历次调整、改革的成败都与我国高等教育政策的改变密切相关。我国高等教育政策的优劣取决于高等教育调整和改革的成功与否,高等教育调整和改革是否成功首先要看调整和改革是否使高等教育与社会发展达到新的相互适应,其次是看调整和改革是否有利于高等教育的自身发展。

Higher education in China has undergone several great adjustment and reform, success or failure of adjustment and reform has close relations with the change of policy of higher education. The good or bad of policy of higher education in China depends on whether reform of higher education in China succeeds or not, which firstly depends on whether it can make new co-adaptation between higher education and social development, secondly it depends on whether it is favour of self-development of higher education in China
