攀钢转炉单层砖衬砌筑工艺

TEST ON BUILDING SINGLECOURSE-BRICK LINING TECHNOLOGY OF CONVERTERS AT PANGANG

针对攀钢转炉炉型、炉衬材质存在的问题，采用当今世界上普遍采用的单层砖衬砌筑工艺，取得了转炉炉龄提高的明显实效。文中最后指出了单层砖衬砌筑工艺还存在的问题，并提出了相应技术对策。

This paper shows the actual results of increasing lining life has been achieved by using technology widely to build the singlecourse-brick lining of the converter in the world, in order to save the problems of converter's inner shape and its lining material in PISC. Finally, a proper countermeasures have been given for saving the present problems of building singlecourse-brick lining technology.
