介绍了攀钢连铸X52管线钢所采用的温度制度、拉坯制度和冷却制度、结晶器喂稀土丝以及结晶器保护渣选择等工艺。并分析了铸坯质量状况。
The present paper introduces the schedules of the temperature, slab withdrawing andcooling, feeding rare earth cored wire into mold and the selection of mold casting powder, etc. Withthe analysis conducted on the quality status of continuous cast slabs at Panzhihua Iron and SteelCorp.
