摘要
我国各地普通初中学校教育资源的各种具体资源的分配中存在明显的差距。通过我国各省区市在2003-2005年间的年末校舍面积、年末固定资产总值、年末图书册数、本年改造危房面积,对总量、生均量、生均量距平值、极差、极差率、基尼系数等的比较分析,得出各地在各项资源占有上都存在相当明显的"马太效应",即发达(占有量值高)地区与落后(占有量值低)地区的差距呈不断增大的趋势,无缩小的迹象。
The distribution of educational resources of general junior high schools represents an obvious difference in different regions of China. This research compares the total amount and the per capital amount and the deviation value from average of the acreage of campus and buildings, the total value of fixed assets, the number of books, the reconstructing acreage of buildings of junior high schools through the year of 2003 to 2005. According to the compare ,there does exist a "Matthew Effect", that it is to say the difference between the advanced regions and the backward regions represents an continuously increasing gap, and there is no shrinking trend.
