攀钢石灰石矿成品输送系统的改造设计

摘要 针对石灰石矿成品输送系统存在的问题进行改造,实施后效果良好,有效地解决了设备故障多、检修困难、成品生石灰在输送过程中跌碎及粉尘污染严重等问题,延长了检修周期,减少了备件消耗,减轻了工人的劳动强度。 After the rebuilding aimed to solve the problems in the transport system of finishedproduct for Limestone Quarry, the good results have been achieved, which effectively solved theprohlems such as frequent equipment faults, difficult repair, dropping and powder pollution of finished primary lime occurred during transportation, etc. and prolonged the repair period with theminimization of spare part consumption and the reduction of labor intensity.
