前苏联和东欧社会主义国家剧变深刻地证明:"民主社会主义"并非社会主义国家建设成功的法宝,相反,成为某些共产党人走向背叛的捷径。我们必须积极吸取前苏联和东欧推行民主社会主义的教训,旗帜鲜明地批判民主社会主义,坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路。

＂Democratic Socialism＂is proved not to be the solely effective method for building a socialist country with the former USSR and East European communists using it as short cut for betrayal of socialism. Therefore, in China, we should firmly stick to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics by chearly criticizing the so-called ＂Democratic Socialism＂ and drawing lessons from it.
