乳腺癌中CXCR4的表达及与PCNA、淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨趋化因子受体CXCR4在乳腺癌中的表达及与PCNA、淋巴结转移的关系。方法:S-P法检测乳腺癌、乳腺增生组织及乳腺纤维腺瘤中CXCR4表达,分析CXCR4在乳腺癌中的表达与患者淋巴结转移状态、PCNA相互关系。结果:CXCR4在乳腺癌组织中表达率为59.4%(38/64),与乳腺纤维腺瘤组织有显著性差异(P<0.05),与患者淋巴结转移状态、PCNA正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌中CXCR4高表达,更易发生淋巴结转移及较高PCNA表达,有望成为新的乳腺癌治疗靶点。 Objective To investigate the expression of CXC chemokine receptor 4 in breast cancer and its correlation with the state of lymphatic metastasis and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA). Methods S-P immunohistochemical technique was used to estimate the expression of chemokine receptor in breast cancer and hyperplasia of mammary glands, fibroadenoma of breast. CXCR4 expression in breast cancer was correlated with the expression of PCNA and the state of lymphatic metastasis. Results The rate of expression of CXCR4 in breast cancer was 59.4%, which had signiticant difference with fibroadenoma of breast(P〈0.05), and had positive correlation with the state of lymphatic metastasis and the expression of PCNA (P〈0.05). Conclusion Expression of CXCR4 in breast cancer has more possibilities of lymphatic metastasis and high expression of PCNA, which may become a new therapeutic target in the treatment of breast cancer.
