液压自振式结晶器包括结晶器本体、液压系统、电控系统,采用紧凑式设计将结晶器、M-EMS线圈、结晶器振动台融为一体,兼具三项功能。通过在包钢的实际应用,充分体现了其优越性。对铸坯的内部质量、外部质量均有显著的改善,显著地提高了拉速。

VIBROMOLD is designed and manufactured as a whole,compact body consisting of copper mold, hydraulic system and M - EMS system. The functions of mold hydraulic oscillation and M - EMS can be performed perfectly, better than conventional ones . Its utilization at Baotou Steel has made good results . Internal and surface qualities of cast billets were improved obviously, and the casting speed was enhanced notably as well.
