摘要
基于碱性介质中没食子酸-过氧化氢-甲醛体系的化学发光现象,建立了静态注射化学发光法测定微量甲醛的方法。最佳测定条件为:没食子酸浓度0.05mol/L,过氧化氢体积分数1.35%,氢氧化钠浓度0.16mol/L。方法检出限为7×10^-9g/mL,线性范围为3.0×10^-7~8.0×10g/mL。该法可用于测定空气中微量甲醛。
Based on the chemiluminescence' s (CL) of gallic acid-HCHO-H2O2 system in alkaline medium, a static injection chemiluminescence's method was developed to determine concentration of trace formaldehyde. The optimal experiment conditions to determine formaldehyde are listed as follows: 0.05 mol/L gallic acid, 1.35% H2O2 (v/v), 0.16 mol/L NaOH. The detection limit is 7 ×10^-9 g/mL, and the determination range of formaldehyde is 3.0 ×- 10^-7 - 8.0 × 10^-5g/mL. This method is especially suitable to determine trace formaldehyde in air.
