摘要
将小波变换引入车牌定位算法,对车辆图像进行滤波降噪。在满足实时性处理要求的前提下,定位效果十分理想:完全消除了光照不均造成的影响,使车牌区域更加突出,增强了定位的鲁棒性,提高了定位查找的准确率,系统的车牌定位准确率高达95%。
In the paper, the theory of wavelet transformation was introduced into vehicle plate location algorithm to reduce noise and filter on vehicle image. Under the premise of satisfying the requirements of real time processing, the location effect was quite good. The effect of uneven light was eliminated, and the license plate area was standing out. Thus, the positioning robustness was enhanced, and the precision of location and search was promoted. The precision of the license plate location was as high as 95%.
