不锈钢电热管酸蚀损坏原因的分析

摘要 取鞍钢电气制造公司酸洗车间用于加热50%硫酸水溶液的电热管,进行检验,包括宏观检验、化学成分分析、扫描电镜检验及金相检验。得出结论:电热管外管壁材质选择耐硫酸浸蚀的1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti等专门耐酸钠或选用石墨棒;作业后将电热管与酸液脱离,防止电化学反应。 Electric heating pipe is tested,which was used for heating 50% sulfuricacid aqueous solution in the pickling shop at AISC Electric Equipment ManufactureCo. including macrotest,chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopeand metallographic test.It is concluded that sulfuric acidresistant steel lCr18Ni12Mo2Tietc. specific acidresistant steel or graphite pipe should be used as material of outsidewall for electric heating pipe;electric heating pipe should be separated from pickling solution after operation to avoid electrochemical reactions.
