摘要
在剪切中,发现在圆钢的端头有一定的压痕,经分析认为这是由于剪切力矩造成的轧件弯曲的原因。如果在剪切过程中,加上一个与剪切力矩大小相等或相近的反力矩,这样保证轧件不产生弯曲,从而使轧件与剪刃之间的接触面积增大,可完全消除或进一步减小压痕。
In the shearing process it is found there are definite pressed marks onends of round steel bar,it is due to the fact that shearing moment causes rolled productbending,if a count-shearing moment that is equal or similar to the shearing moment insize is applied,so makes sure rolled product be not bent,as a result contact surface between rolled product and shear edge increases,and pressed marks may be entirely eliminated or reduced further
