Effect of Chemical Treatment on Strength of Float Glass

摘要 使用硫酸、氢氟酸溶液对玻璃预处理,再经过离子交换的方式来制备钢化玻璃。测试玻璃的抗折强度来确定酸预处理工艺参数和分析其对强度的影响。经过酸预处理的浮法玻璃化学钢化后强度大幅度提高。HF酸的处理效果最明显。 Chemical strengthened glass was prepared by ion exchange after H2SO4 , HF and mixed acid pretreatment. Bending strength was measured. The acid treatment parameters were determined and the effect on strength was studied. Comparing with origin chemically strengthened glass, the strength of chemically strengthened glass after acid pretreatment is greatly increased. The strengthening effect of HF is obvious.
