摘要
文章使用高浓度卤液成浆,通过膜封固化,控温养护的工艺制备了具有陶瓷表面效果的氯镁水泥表面装饰材料。使用TG-DTA研究了样品的热稳定性,使用XRD研究了样品的组成、结构,使用SEM研究了养护条件对样品表面性能的影响。结果表明样品性能稳定,表面装饰效果良好。该方法工艺简单,生产成本低廉,在水泥装饰领域中有着广泛的应用前景。
Haloids of high concentration to make magnesium cement grout, covered by thin films to solid, controlled the temperature to curing,these three improved methods are used in the experiment to produce a kind of a surface decoration, magnesium oxychloride cement, whose surface is badly like the ceramic. Use TG-DTA to attribute the thermal stability of the sample, use XRD to attribute the composition and structure of the sample, use SEM to discuss the effect of curing condition to surface of the sample. It is shown that the positions is stable, the organization is strict, and the surface is perfect. The production technology is simple,of the cheap invest but perfect consequent,so it will be of much worth to apply.
