Many imperfection＇ s factors exsits in the socio- economic field, which inevitably arise waste real estate projects in the field of construction and also become a big obstacle to build a harmonious society , so it is necessary to rationally and effectively solve the problem of waste real estate projects, and prevent the similar problems in future. In light of the new-era business centres＇s engineering background, a meaningful study about the operation mode of the waste real estate projects is carried out in this paper.
