本文介绍了模糊控制技术在连铸生产过程中的应用，运用模糊数学方法和模糊控制理论，组成生产神经网络、知识库及模糊专家系统；把模糊逻辑控制器用于连铸结晶器液位控制，在有干扰时保持液位稳定，反应快易于理解。这使机器具有人的智力特征，模拟了人类智慧思维的控制思想。

This paper introduces the application of the fuzzy control technology to continuous casting production, the production neural net, intelletual library and fuzzy expert system are completed by the fuzzy mathematic method and fuzzy control theory.The fuzzy logic controller applied to liquid level control of concast mould can keep liquid level stable when an interference occurs with quick reaction and can be easily under-stood by people,and this theory can make machines own personal intelligence characters and simulate the control thinking of mankind intelligence thought.
