烯二炔类抗生素生物合成研究进展

摘要 烯二炔类抗生素是迄今发现的抗肿瘤活性最强的抗生素。本文介绍其生物合成机制,并结合组合生物技术、药物靶点核苷酸数据库及基因组文库的序列标签,提出两种新颖的有较高可行性的烯二炔生物合成方法。 The enediyne antibiotics had the most supreme antineoplasmic activity. This paper introduces two novel methods of enediyne biosynthesis based on its biosynthetic principle, combinatorial biosynthetic technology, RiboaptDB and Genome Sequence Tags.
