摘要
对海南铁精矿适宜的烧结工艺参数及强化措施进行了研究.研究表明,海南铁精矿作为烧结原料时,烧结利用系数低,燃耗高,脱硫率低,而且精矿配比最高不能超过70%,料高以400mm为宜。配加澳矿是改善海南铁精矿烧结矿质量的重要途径.焦粉分加是降低燃耗的主要措施.较高料层时,有机粘结剂可以强化制粒,改善料展透气性。
The proper sintering technological parameters and the sintering processstrenthening measures of HaiNan iron ore concentrate were studied. Test result indicatesthat using HaiNan iron ore concentrate as sintering material makes lower productivity,higherfuel consumption and lower desulphurizition rate. The proportioning rate of this concentratescan not exeed 70% and 400mm is proper for the bed height. Adding Australian ore is an im-portant way to improve the quality and quantity of sinters. Divided coke addition is a mainmeasure to decrease fuel consumption. Organic binders can strengthen gramulation and im-prove the bed permeability when the bed is comparably high.
