摘要
为了开发利用低品位菱铁矿,在试验室采用坩埚法作了一系列用煤还原矿石的基础试验.试验表明,铁矿石品位得到大幅度提高.在此基础上,利用海滨冶炼厂改造的12m长回转窑进行了煤基还原试验,预还原矿的品位提高到55%左右,金属化率达到60%左右.在18.6m3高炉上配加30%~50%的预还原矿后,高炉顺行,风量增加,产量提高5%~7%,焦比大幅度降低.
In order to develop and utilize low -grade siderite, a series of fundamentalexperiment of using coal to reduce ore has been conducted by graphite crucible method. Theresult shows iron ore grade increased considerably- Based on fundamental experiment, coal- based reduction test of siderite has been carried out in a 12m rebuild rotary kiln of Haibiniron works.
