控制轧制可采用合金化、控制加热工艺、轧制工艺和控制冷却来实现。而控制冷却可采用全线的温度控制、时间控制、轧制速度来实现。优化控轧制度可达到提高高线机械性能的目的。
Controled rolling uses alloying , controled heating technology and rolling technology and controled cooling. But Controled cooling uses temperature control, time control on the whole line and speed of rolling. Optimizing the system of controled rolling can improve the mechanical properties of high -speed wire rods.
