International equity financing have been put into practice in many countries, it is significant to developing countries. Because there are various of differences in different countries, such as the basic economic system, the political system, and the cultunral system, different legal system means different constraints to international equity financing. There must be rules of the globglization of financial markets and the broad concept of system designing, and it is necessary to aim at financial control of law, to protect the interests of investors, to establish the concept of internal and external co- ordination, in order to provide a comprehensive system support for the effective integration into the international financial markets.
