高剪切纤维离解机对漂白麦草浆物理性能的影响

摘要 用一种新型高剪切纤维离解机处理漂白麦草浆,并对纸浆性能及浆张物理性能进行测定。结果表明:打浆度下降6.5°SR,纸浆滤水性能得到提高,保水值有所下降。浆张平滑度、透气度和松厚度均得到提高,撕裂指数上升,但浆张的抗张强度和耐破指数下降。 A new high-shear fiber kneader which was dealt with bleached wheat straw pulp were investigated, moreover the properties of the pulp and handsheet were measured. The result showed that the drainability increases as a decline of 6.5^.SR for the beating degree, but the retention value go down. The paper will have a increase for the smoothness, the air permeability, the bulk and so on .The tear index took to an ascending trend, however the tensile index and burst index were decline.
