摘要
青岛石油化工有限责任公司(简称青岛石化公司)在重油催化裂化装置上试用了根据MIP工艺改造后的特点而专门设计生产的催化剂MIP-CGP。工业应用标定结果表明,在原使用MLC-500催化剂系统中逐步加入MIP-CGP,当其占反应再生系统催化剂藏量的65%时,汽油荧光法烯烃含量由常规FCC(催化裂化装置)的36%左右,降低到25%以下,下降了11个百分点,说明MIP-CGP催化剂具有很好的降烯烃作用,还具有一定的脱硫效果。
Catalyst MIP- CGP specially designed and produced for FCC unit revamped with MIP process was tested in Qingdao Petrochemical Branch Co. , SINOPEC. It is indicated by the calibration results of its commercial application that when MIP - CGP was gradually introduced into the originally used MLC -500 catalyst, when MIP- CGP was 65% of the catalyst inventory of the regeneration system, the olefins content in the gasoline was decreased from 36% to below 25% of the conventional FCC gasoline, the decrease was as high as 11% , proving that MIP -CGP has very good olefins decreasing function as well as some desulfurization effect.
