摘要
针对炼油装置渣油泵接触式波纹管机械密封频繁失效,使用寿命短的问题,设计出一种新型非接触式波纹管机械密封,介绍了其结构特征及技术优势。工业应用结果表明:新型非接触式波纹管密封具有无泄漏、安全,使用寿命长,封油消耗量少以及维修费用低等优点,具有广阔应用前景。
A new - type non - contacting bellow mechanical seal was developed for residual oil pumps in refineries through analyzing reasons of frequent failure of contacting bellow mechanical seals. The configuration and the technology advantages are presented. The results of the industrial application indicate that the new seal has the advantages such as non -leakage of the sealed fluid, safety, long service life, little consumption of barrier oil and low maintenance cost, having a broad future for application.
