自备电厂的火电厂值长监视与管理平台系统 被引量:2

摘要 宝钢自备电厂从老式的过程机中截取了过程信息,并以客户/服务器方式建立了“火电厂值长监视与管理平台系统”的生产过程信息系统。该系统初步实现了过程信息历史记录电磁化、过程信息共享化、生产报表传递无纸化、生产过程可视化、部分过程分析智能化,部分办公事务自动化与客户端应用远程化。为进一步强化电厂的生产过程管理奠定了基础。 The paper introduces the tryout of building up a basis structure of information system for manufacture and process by the name of Supervision Platform System(SPS)for the Shift Engineer in Fossil Power Station.Breaking original “automatic insulation island” by interceptting print data of process computer,SPS has built up a client/server architecture real time database,and realized process data log electric magnetization,process data common sharing,process visualization,process report transmission paper free,partial data analysis intelligence,partial management transaction automation and client application can be remote accessed by telephone line.
