摘要
采用平板电极高压静电场对大肠杆菌进行处理,考察温度、电场强度、处理量及处理时间变化对大肠杆菌致死率的影响。结果表明:室温下处理时间和电场强度与大肠杆菌致死率成正相关,随电场强度和处理时间的增加,致死率70%以上;处理量与大肠杆菌致死率成略微负相关;在电场处理中,温度对大肠杆菌致死率的影响很小。通过电镜观察高压静电场处理过的大肠杆菌,并测量被高压静电场处理前后的菌液电导率,高压静电场对大肠杆菌的致死机理是由于物理作用破坏细胞结构而导致的。
E.coli was treated by High Voltage Electrostatic Field(HVEF) with two parallel plates in this study.Treatment temperature,HVEF intensity,treatment quantity and treatment time was respectively studied to find their influences on E.coli's lethal rate.The results showed lethal rate was positively related with HVEF intensity and treatment time,however,has negative correlation with treatment quantity.Treatment temperature had slight influence on lethal rate of E.coli.To do research into E.coli's HVEF sterilizing mechanism,treated E.coli by HVEF was observed with Electron microscope and conductance of E.coli liquid untreated and treated by HVEF was measured.The conclusion was that HVEF destroyed physically E.coli.
