变温层积条件下GA_3对长白楤木种子萌发的影响 被引量:6

摘要 长白楤木(Aralia continentalis Kitagwa)种子具有休眠特性,在自然条件下萌发困难,探讨了GA3处理对长白楤木种子萌发的影响。在变温层积(25℃/5℃)的基础上,采用不同浓度GA3处理长白楤木种子,测定种子发芽率和发芽势,测定150mg.L-1 GA3处理的种子-α淀粉酶活性的变化。结果表明:在变温层积条件下,150mg.L-1 GA3处理可以有效提高长白楤木种子的发芽率和发芽势;GA3处理可显著提高种子内α-淀粉酶活性。处理20d时,种子内!-淀粉酶活性是对照的3.8倍。 Aralia continentalis Kitagwa has the character of dormancy.It is difficult to germinate usually.This study investigated the effects of different concentration GA3 on Aralia continentalis Kitagwa seed germination under fluctuating temperature(25℃/5℃),temporal changes inα-amylase activity at 150mg·L^-1 GA3 during stratification were determined.The results indicated that GA3 played an essential role in many aspects.The rate of seed germination and potential burgeon increased with 150mg·L^-1 GA3 under fluctuating treatment.In the whole dormancy-breaking process,there was significant increase in the indices for the α-amylase activity.20d after treatment,the α-amylyase was 3.8-fold of CK.
