摘要
突发性事件引起的城市供水恐慌为我们又一次敲响了警钟,城市应急供水必然要摆上政府的议事日程。从水文地质工作者的角度,分析我国水污染和城市供水现状,指出在我国城市(镇)建设应急供水水源地的重要性和必要性。通过城市水文地质条件和技术经济可行性分析认为,虽然我国大部分城市缺水,但只要根据城市规划和水文地质勘查成果,合理布局,是完全必要也完全可以建立城市应急供水水源地,以应对突发事件对我们的考验。城市应急供水应是城市应对突发事件应急预案的重要组成部分。
Unexpected incidents caused panic urban water supply for us once again alarmed us, city emergency water supply should have to put on the government＇s agenda. From the perspective of workers in hydrogeology, on the basis of analysis of water pollution in China＇s and urban water supply,it has focused that there was imprtance and necessy to establish emergency water supply in our city （town）. Through the city hydrogeological conditions and technical economic feasibility analysis that the majority of China＇s cities are short of water, but as long as under the Town Planning and hydrogeological exploration results,rational distribution, it is absolutely necessary and fair to establish city emergency water supply source of water to deal with unexpected incidents on our test. City emergency water supply should be an important part for a city contingency plans for dealing with unexpected events.
