摘要
利用电喷雾质谱研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)及全甲基-β-环糊精(PM-β-CD)作为手性试剂对α-苯基甘氨酸的手性识别效应.实验结果表明,在气相条件下,β-CD及PM-β-CD都可以与α-苯基甘氨酸形成1∶1的复合物.研究发现,两种不同的环糊精对α-苯基甘氨酸的识别能力存在较大差异.
Chiral molecular recognition of α-Phenylglycine with Heptakis(2,3,6-tri-O-Methyl)-β-Cyclodextrin(PM-β-CD)and β-Cyclodextrin(β-CD)was investigated by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.Complexes can be formed between the hosts(PM-β-CD and β-CD)and the guest(α-Phenylglycine).Using the intensity of mass spectra for the complexes,the ratios and relative ratios of recognition were obtained.We found that PM-β-CD and β-CD had different chiral discrimination abilities when used for chiral molecular recognition of α-Phenylglycine.
