垂体细胞瘤的临床诊治进展 被引量：5

摘要 垂体细胞瘤是起源于成年人神经垂体或者垂体柄神经胶质细胞的良性实体性梭形星形细胞肿瘤,手术肉眼下全切能够临床治愈。本文对英文文献报道的共26例垂体细胞瘤的临床表现、影像学特征、病理学特点、临床治疗方法及其预后做一综述,以提高对该病的认识和对鞍区占位性病变的鉴别诊断。
