摘要
分析了当前我国煤矿关闭的现状,结合相关的法律法规,总结了我国煤矿关闭几种形式。探讨了煤矿关闭存在的问题和关闭目标,最后针对我国煤矿关闭的整体不足,提出了今后我国煤矿关闭需要加强六方面的工作。
Present situation of coal mine closure of our country is analyzed. Combing related laws and regulations, several forms of coal mine closure of our country are summarized. Issues in the coal mine closure and closure target are discussed. In the light of the overall deficiency of the coal mine closure of our country, it is suggested that research work on six aspects of the coal mine closure should be strengthened.
