摘要
采用单独摇瓶浸出、半连续浸出和连续浸出工艺的方式对硅酸盐细菌的浸矿能力作了一个较全面的对比试验。不同来源的硅酸盐菌株均能较好的从铝硅酸盐矿物中浸出硅,但它们的浸出能力存在较明显的差异,微生物浸出工艺表明,采用连续浸出工艺,细菌浸出矿样中硅的效果明显比单独摇瓶浸出与半连续浸出效果要好,且浸矿时间也大幅度的缩短。5种矿样在连续浸出工艺中硅的浸出率比单独摇瓶浸出平均高10个百分点左右,对矿物中的铝也有一定的活化作用,可以浸出供试矿样中6.5%~14.9%的铝,但远低于浸出的硅,可除去铝土矿中的硅,为该菌种在矿物加工和土壤微生物硅肥中的应用提供理论依据。
An overall contrast test was made on ore leaching capacity of silicate bacteria by the sole shake flask leaching process, the semi-continuous leaching process and the continuous leaching process. Silicate strains from different sources could well leach silicon from alumino-silicates minerals. However, there were obvious differences in leaching capacity of the strains. The test results showed that the continuous leaching process had better leaching effect of silicon in the sample than that of the sole shake flask leaching process and the semi-continuous leaching process, and the ore leaching time was shortened greatly. The leaching rate of the continuous leaching process of silicon in the 5 samples was 10 percentage points higher than that of the sole shake flask leaching process. This process had certain activation effect on aluminum in the samples and could leach 6.5 - 14.9% aluminum in the samples, but much less than silicon leached out. The process could remove silicon in bauxite. The test results provided theoretic basis for application of the strains in mineral processing and soil microorganism siliceous fertilizer.
