Karl Popper was one of the greatest scientific philosophers in the modem Westem world. The Third Worm Theory that he proposed prompts a strong reaction in the Western philosophy sector and the scientific community. The purpose of the paper is to attempt to carry on perspective from the connotation of the Third World Theory and the characteristics such as the objectivity, the independence, the substantiality, and so on, and to reveal its theoretical innovation and practical significance from epistemology, knowledge economy, and other aspects.
