摘要
民事责任的归责原则是民事责任制度的核心与精髓,因而要建立一个逻辑统一的民事责任制度,研究民事责任的归责原则便显得尤为重要。
Civil case responsibility attribution principle is the core and essence of civil responsibility system. Therefore it is of great significance to establish a logical civil case responsibility system.
