A Review of Cooperative Program of Rural Construction Movement and Technological Progress

20世纪20-30年代,一群知识分子在我国农村掀起了一场声势浩大的乡村建设运动。他们把发展合作事业作为挽救农村经济的一种主要手段。在合作事业发展的过程中,向农民传播了科技知识,并为农村引进了新的优良的动植物品种和新式农具,推动了农村的科技进步,为农村经济的发展注入了新的因素,尽管这种推动作用是有限的。我们新时期的农村建设同样需要通过农村合作事业来推动农村科技进步,实现农业的现代化。

In the 1920s and 1930s, a group of intellectuals in our rural areas launched the rural construction campain on a large scale. The advooators took the development of cooperative program as the main method for improving rural economy. In the process, they spread scientific and teehnological knowledge and introduced excellent species of animals and plants and new style of agricultural implements to them ,which stimulated the rural technological process and brought new energy to the development of rural economy. Although the effect of this improvement is limited. In the new period ,the rural construction also needs rural cooperative program to promote the rural technological process and realize the agricultural modernization.
